If your organization employs a custom server and uses Outlook email, we provide a downloadable Outlook add-on that functions identically to the Microsoft cloud variant. If you’re not using Outlook – no worries. You can still send and receive secure emails directly through the SecureFlow portal without any issues.

Yes, absolutely. The initial time a recipient gets a SecureFlow email, they simply need to install the SecureFlow mobile application for biometric decryption or establish a PIN. This setup process is swift, taking roughly 40 seconds.

Yes, they can, but only in reply to a sender’s secure message. Recipients cannot initiate new secure emails unless they are fully registered SecureFlow users.

SecureFlow does not store passwords or contact information. Only your email address is stored when linking your email, without access to the password used. Details pulled from your email, like contact names and profiles, are used to enhance the app experience but are not stored by SecureFlow.

Yes, besides biometrics, SecureFlow files can be decrypted using a one-time key generated by the app, useful when offline. A PIN option is also available for new users setting up SecureFlow without a smartphone.

While SecureFlow imposes no limit on file size, for best performance, it is advised to keep files up to 5GB.
